Then, the work began with your negotiating a fair price for both parties and helping through the closing with all the details including appraisals, inspections, etc. My purpose for writing you today is to let you again how much I appreciated working with you and your firm. Your professionalism and attention to detail were unsurpassed. As you most likely will recall, our process wasn’t so easy. We had a lot of complications due to the fact the monies came from my mother’s estate and since the tax return hasn’t been finalized yet we had some hurdles to jump! I mention this because without your expertise and calm demeanor we might not have been able to purchase our dream second home. Cathy, it was truly a pleasure working with you and your firm.
