As you know we closed on 819 Belleview Ave. in late October. Words cannot convey how special this property is and how the whole process has exceeded our expectations. Then, the work began with your negotiating a fair price for both parties and helping through the closing with all the details including appraisals, inspections, etc. My purpose for writing you today is to let you again how much I appreciated working with you and your firm. Your professionalism and attention to detail were unsurpassed. As you most likely will recall, our process wasn’t so easy. We had a lot of complications due to the fact the monies came from my mother’s estate and since the tax return hasn’t been finalized yet we had some hurdles to jump! I mention this because without your expertise and calm demeanor we might not have been able to purchase our dream second home. Cathy, it was truly a pleasure working with you and your firm. We worked together primarily from out of state but it was seamless because you are so easy to reach by phone or email. That isn’t always the case in this day and age. Finally. you made me feel special and I now have a wonderful new friend in CB. You have helped with contacts for everything – caretakers, housekeepers, contractors, designers – the list continues because you are my go-to girl in the Butte. Thank you!
